The Long Way Home

Kelly Halpin has long dreamed of completing a full traverse of the beautiful and seldom travelled Gros Ventre mountain range right in her backyard in Wyoming. The route is 50 miles off-trail over technical terrain and hits every major summit in the range. After years of scouting and two failed attempts the film shows the power of perseverance and dreaming big while staying close to home.
